Last Nerve: Stress Relief Balm

Last Nerve: Stress Relief Balm is a soothing all-natural balm featuring a combination of Lavender & Roman Chamomile essential oils. These oils have been shown to promote a sense of calm & relieve stress. We've added Blood Orange to energize & and Frankincense to activate the limbic system which can calm racing thoughts. 

Usage Instructions:  Apply Last Nerve as needed to address stress & promote a sense calm. You may apply Last Nerve to the base of your neck, wrists, inner elbow, temples, etc... Start with a small amount and allow the oils a few minutes to penetrate before assessing whether you desire more product. You can always apply more.

Special Note: This balm works great to address stress in the moment. However, it really shines when used to prepare for potentially stressful events. The next time you are headed into a difficult meeting, a tough exam, a visit with the in-laws, etc... try applying Last Nerve balm beforehand.
