PRODUCT SATISFACTION: We hope you will love our products as much as we do. Your satisfaction is our goal and if you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know at GreenHoltApothecary@gmail.com

REFUNDS AND RETURNS: Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept any returns once the package is opened. Once you open the product, we can not accept it for return or refund.

DAMAGED ITEMS & INCORRECT SHIPMENTS: Open and inspect your box immediately upon arrival. Any damage or incorrect shipments must be reported within 3 business days of the package delivery. If you received an incorrect shipment: please send us an email at GreenHoltApothecary@gmail.com right away and do not open or use the product. If an item arrives damaged: save the original packaging, snap a photo of the issue and email us at GreenHoltApothecary@gmail.com. Damaged, defective, or incorrect products may be replaced at no cost to you.

SHIPPING POLICIES: Shipping is based upon the weight of your order. Shipping options and prices are listed in checkout. Every effort is made to ship your order in a timely fashion. However, we are a very small company and occasionally processing orders takes long than we would like, particularly around the holidays. If you need an order to arrive by a specific date, please contact us at GreenHoltApothecary@gmail.com and we will work to find a solution.

PRODUCT VARIATIONS: Our products are handmade, hand-poured, and hand-cut in small-batches using all-natural ingredients. This means there will inevitably be variations in color, pattern, and shape from batch to batch. We believe the unique qualities of a handcrafted product are part of their appeal. However, we will never alter a formula or scent blend without stating so on the item description.

ALLERGIES & SENSITIVITIES: All of our ingredients are listed on each product in accordance with FDA guidelines. People with known allergies or sensitivities to any listed ingredient should not use the product. If you are in doubt about any item or ingredient, always try an allergy patch test first. Discontinue use if you experience any irritation. Our products are for external use only.

CLIMATE CAUTIONS: Soaps are not affected by temperature. Skin care products should be kept at room temperature to avoid melting/freezing. Please take your climate into consideration before ordering.  All orders are securely packaged & sealed, however we are not responsible for loss or damage due to conditions outside of our control such as outdoor temperature or packages left in unfavorable delivery locations. Basically, don't order a balm shipped to Arizona in the middle of summer unless you are willing to risk receiving a puddle

STORAGE & SHELF LIFE: Store your products in a cool, dry place and avoid exposure to direct sunlight. Salves & Balms should be used within 1 year of opening.
